| Chris Meeks holds a B.S. in Environmental Earth Resources from Texas Christian University where he graduated from the Geology department in 2004. Mr. Meeks joined the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality in 2006 after working for two years with an environmental engineering and consulting company. He achieved his Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) certification in the summer of 2009. | ||
